Chun Yang International (HK) Company Limited is awarded the licence by the Environmental Protection Department on 26th March, 2020.

With the introduction of the Producer Responsibility Scheme on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (PRS on WEEE) Policy in Hong Kong on 31st December, 2018, the export of discarded electrical appliances and equipment is also in place.  The storage, processing and recycling of these discarded electrical equipment is now governed by law.  The import and export of restricted chemical waste, in accordance with Basel Treaty, including PCB, has to be approved by the relevant government bodies of the two places.  These have to be treated in a licensed yard for processing and recycling.
