Chun Yang Updates EU Rules & EV Battery Plant Progress with HK Recycling Chamber of Commerce Members

Last Friday, the HK Recycling Chamber of Commerce marked its 10th anniversary with a successful Spring Reception, 100+ sustainability trailblazers – from industry leaders to green innovators – gathered in Hong Kong to accelerate this circular economy journey.
Chun Yang International, as the core member of the Chamber took center stage. Ms. Kwok Ho Yee, the Managing Director of Chun Yang, as well as the Chamber’s Honorary Advisor, shared critical updates on EU Waste Shipment Regulations and the progress of the Hong Kong’s First EV Battery Processing Plant. The Plant, which broke ground in June 2024, has completed its foundation works and is now advancing construction of the main structure. It is expected to commence operations in Q1 2026.
