On 13 Dec 2024, the “30 • 50 FoodSmart Conference and Expo 2024” was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Chun Yang International (HK) Company Limited unveiled its latest Smart Food Waste Recycling Bin Product during the exhibition. Mr. Marcus Tso, the Project Development Director of Chun Yang International, participated at the Expo and engaged with industry peers, partners, and customers.

The “30•50 FoodSmart Partnership Programme” (FSPP) is organised by major catering and food associations in Hong Kong, co-organised by the Environmental Protection Department, Food Wise Hong Kong Campaign and the Hong Kong Productivity Council, which aims to cooperatively solve the problem of food waste through experience sharing, joint actions, advocacy and collaborative building. This time, Chun Yang International showcase the Smart Food Waste Recycling Bin, to provide professional solutions for residential and commercial buildings. The latest Smart Food Waste Recycling Bin, with features of “digitalisation, intelligence, connectivity, deodorization”, is able to collect and treat food waste in an effective, centralized way. Through its operation, it is designed to facilitate the transformation of “waste-to-energy” and promote the sustainable development of Hong Kong. The equipment has now been rolled out to numerous housing estates in Hong Kong.
